Firearm Transfers, Storage & Surrender Policy
Firearm Transfers
- Person-to-Person Transfers
 - Background Check: Both parties must be present with photo Identification. Identification Cannot be expired.
 - Be of legal purchasing age.
 - A Federal background check will be conducted on the buyer.
 - Transfer Fee: $30 per firearm (non-refundable).
 - Delayed Transfers: If the buyer’s background check results in a delay, the seller retains possession until approval.
 - Denials: If the buyer is denied, the transfer fee still applies.
 - Dealer-to-Dealer Transfers
 - Incoming Transfers: $30 per firearm.
 - Outgoing Transfers: $30 per firearm plus freight charges.
 - Denials: Transfer fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for freight cost to return the firearm.
 
Firearm Storage
- Storage Duration: Firearms left for more than 90 days without contact are considered abandoned.
 - Storage Fees: After 30 days, a $30/month fee applies.
 - Abandoned Firearms: After 90 days with no communication or payment, the firearm becomes store property with no compensation.
 - Abandoned Firearms: After 90 days with no communication or payment, the firearm becomes store property with no compensation.
 
Voluntary Firearm Surrender
- Process: Contact us to schedule an appointment.
 - Accepted Items: All firearms, including those from estates or found property.
 - Documentation: A receipt will be issued upon surrender.
 - Disposition: Firearms may be destroyed, donated, or resold as appropriate.
